Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promos — follow us on socials to catch them.
Delays & Lost Packages
Once your package ships, delivery is out of our hands — but if your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (domestic) or 30 days (international), hit us up at shinregisllc@gmail.com and we’ll help figure it out.
International Orders & Customs
International buyers: your order might be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
